Patricia is a capital markets specialist. Having worked in the Australian and UK markets, Patricia has been involved in some of the most complex and high-profile initial public offerings and other capital market transactions in recent years.
Patricia's experience includes advising issuers, underwriters and managers across the full ambit of capital market transactions in both the listed and unlisted space: pre-IPO raisings, initial public offerings, issuances of hybrid securities, convertible note and debt offers, accelerated and traditional entitlement offers, placements, share purchase plans and dividend reinvestment plans.
Complementing this is Patricia's deep understanding of the regulatory landscape, including the ASX Listing Rules, continuous disclosure requirements, corporate governance, executive and employee incentive arrangements, and private company mergers and acquisitions.
Corporate Governance
Patricia has significant experience advising boards and management of public companies on corporations’ law and corporate governance, in particular in relation to the structure, implementation and maintenance of ASX compliant corporate governance policies and procedures, and practical application of corporations’ law including directors' duties and continuous disclosure.
Patricia is also experienced in advising companies on implementation of appropriate executive and employee incentive arrangements and ongoing corporations law compliance.
