Nicolas Bombrun is the head of corporate at the Paris office
He focuses on mergers and acquisitions and LBOs, both in France and internationally, particularly in the United States and Asia. His clients, most of whom he has advised for many years, include industrial groups, some of which are listed, investment funds and foreign government bodies.
Nicolas has a wealth of experience and is particularly active in the energy, particularly nuclear, and technology/biotech sectors, as well as in the hotel and events sectors.
He is a member of both the Paris and the New York Bars.
