Nick specialises in regulatory investigations and litigation, with particular experience in relation to financial services clients of different sizes.
Nick has particular expertise in relation to matters arising from the Royal Commission into the banking sector as well as advising financial services clients in relation to regulatory investigations and civil penalty proceedings commenced in the wake of the Royal Commission. Nick also has experience advising in relation to corporate crime and fraud investigations and litigation.
