Nichola Shaw

Nichola focuses on corporate finance and acquisition and leveraged finance, and has broad experience advising on senior and mezzanine lending, refinancing and debt restructuring.

Her clients include all banks, alternative investment funds, corporates and private equity funds in a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions. Nichola has significant UK experience, having started her career as a banking lawyer in London.

Nichola Shaw is qualified in New South Wales and England & Wales
