Naomi specialises in advising clients on oil and gas transactions. Naomi's experience includes advising buyers and sellers on mergers and acquisitions at both the corporate and asset level (including farm-ins) and advising on commercial agreements. Naomi has significant in-house experience having spent time on secondment at a supermajor and working at an international oil and gas company.
