Miranda is a senior associate in our corporate transactions practice at Oentoeng Suria & Partners (Ashurst OSP), Ashurst's associated firm in Indonesia, specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and strategic investments across diverse industries, including technology, retail, and financial services. She is admitted to practice in Indonesia. Prior to joining Ashurst OSP, she served as in-house counsel at two of Indonesia's prominent technology companies, where she advised on high-profile transactions such as joint ventures in beauty retail and hard-discount businesses, as well as acquisitions in telecommunications and FMCG distribution. Her extensive experience also includes strategic collaborations in fintech, digital economy, cryptocurrency and entertainment sectors, contributing to the growth of Indonesia’s largest tech ecosystem. She began her career at a prominent law firm in Jakarta, where she developed a strong foundation in corporate law and complex transactions, setting the stage for her expertise in navigating intricate legal landscapes.
