Melissa Yeo

Melissa Yeo is a partner in the firm's dispute resolution group based in Brisbane. She specialises in assisting clients to resolve major construction and infrastructure disputes as well as commercial disputes. Melissa works closely with clients undertaking large-scale infrastructure projects in the oil & gas and energy & resources sectors to achieve the best possible resolutions to disputes through the provision of commercially focused advice and the utilisation of alternative dispute resolution processes including arbitration, mediation and dispute resolution boards.

Melissa also has extensive experience in general contract, competition and corporations law, where she has acted on behalf of clients in connection with complex litigation and regularly appeared in the Supreme Court of NSW, the Federal Court of Australia and other NSW jurisdictions.
