Melinda Harris is a counsel in our projects practice
Melinda specialises in real estate and infrastructure developments, including the protection and development of infrastructure assets, property and integrated development and PPP projects, stakeholder arrangements, developments involving mixed or integrated use (including integration of public and private assets), facilities and building management, creation and protection of property rights, alliance contracting, joint venture transactions, due diligence, compulsory acquisitions, tendering, probity and advising on government development agreements.
Melinda acts for local, state and federal government departments and agencies and private developers, land owners and construction companies. Her career has included secondments to both Rail Corporation New South Wales and to the Roads and Traffic Authority of New South Wales, during which Melinda was involved in critical road and rail infrastructure projects.
