Dr. Max-Niklas Blome is a senior associate in our dispute resolution and competition practices
His work covers litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, in particular, in relation to disputes in the fields of corporate law, M&A, capital market law, commercial law, banking and product liability, and antitrust/competition law. A further focus of his practice concerns internal investigations.
Max is also part of our competition department, covering the whole of German and EU competition and antitrust law.
He is the author of various legal publications and a member of several professional associations, including Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht and WisteV.
Max studied at the University of Mannheim (Dr. iur.) and London School of Economics and Political Science (LL.M.). Prior to joining Ashurst, he worked as an associate in the Frankfurt office of Gleiss Lutz.
