Matthias' practice focuses on the purchase and sale of real properties (by way of both asset and share deals) and he is particularly specialised in cross-border transactions. His clients include national and international financial investors and project developers. He has particular experience in the areas of joint ventures and project developments as well as non-performing loan transactions.
Prior to joining Ashurst, Matthias worked for other leading international law firms in Frankfurt am Main since 2006.
