Matthew Taylor

Matthew has extensive experience in construction and infrastructure law and the procurement of major construction and infrastructure projects. In particular, Matthew's experience includes contract drafting, negotiation, contract administration and project management. 

Matthew has acted extensively for State Government in both New South Wales and Queensland and also acts for private sector clients in their capacities as project owners, contractors and tenderers. Matthew's experience extends to advising on the project delivery of a number of major projects and in strategic problem solving to achieve best commercial outcomes for clients.

Matthew is currently acting on a number of major financed and non-financed procurements (including public private partnerships, design and construct, and engineering, procurement and construction contracts, as well as a variety of services and bespoke agreements), and continues to provide regular strategic advice on project delivery.
