Matthew Taylor

Matthew is a partner in Ashurst's Projects & Energy Transition practice (which is ranked Band 1 in Asia Pacific for Projects & Infrastructure by Chambers). Matt advises public and private clients throughout the lifecycle of major construction and infrastructure projects across sectors, including infrastructure, transmission, renewable energy, data centers, industrial and manufacturing facilities, education, health and rail and other transport projects.

Matt advises on all stages of project procurement and delivery, including contract drafting, negotiation, contract administration and project management. Matt has experience advising on all major project delivery methods, including PPP, ECI, D&C, ITC, EPC, EPCM, Construct Only, Alliance, Supply, O&M, LTSA, and Framework Agreements, amongst others.

Matt is Staff Partner of our Brisbane office and actively works hand in hand with our Ashurst pro bono practice.
