Martina Rothe

Martina specialises in mergers and acquisitions, company and commercial law, corporate governance and corporate finance. She has extensive experience in public company takeovers and the law of listed companies. Martina's expertise includes acting on cross-border and regulated acquisitions and she has significant international mergers and acquisitions experience. She is a member of the China Desk of the Frankfurt Office regularly advising Chinese clients in her area of expertise.

In addition, Martina has experience in a wider range of company and commercial work, including corporate/business acquisitions. She also advises listed and unlisted companies in relation to directors duties, corporate governance and securities laws.
