Mariana is a senior associate in the corporate practice of our Paris office.
Mariana is admitted to practice in Bogota and in Paris and has an extensive experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and industrial projects, particularly in the Latin-American market, advising foreign investors in Latin-American countries as well as Latin-American companies in capital raising projects (contract law, company law, cross-border funds transfers and IP matters).
She worked as an associate in Colombian band 1 law firm Brigard & Urrutia and then as in-house legal counsel in a member company of one of the biggest economic groups in Colombia, Grupo Santo Domingo, for the construction and financing of real estate projects for both commercial and industrial clients.
Mariana obtained a Master's degree in International Business Law (LL.M) from Tilburg University in the Netherlands.
Mariana is bilingual in French, Spanish and English.
She is an avocate at the Paris Bar.
