Maniqa Kumar is a senior associate in our projects practice
Maniqa advises on large-scale procurement and construction projects, particularly in relation to major equipment, services and infrastructure. Her experience includes acting for both private and public sector clients, in Australia and the UK, in the social infrastructure, defence, transport and energy sectors.
Maniqa has acted on a number of complex and high profile procurement projects for Government agencies. She has broad-ranging experience including providing strategic advice, developing tender documentation, drafting and negotiating contracts and advising on contract administration issues. She has worked with a range of contracting models including managing contractor contracts, design and construct, construct only, PPP, and a number of consultancy and services agreements.
Maniqa is qualified in Australia (High Court and Australian Capital Territory).
