Maniqa Kumar is a senior associate in our projects practice
Maniqa advises on procurement and commercial contracting, focusing on construction and infrastructure projects. Her experience includes acting for both private and public sector clients, in Australia and the UK, in the social infrastructure, defence, transport and renewables sectors. She has advised on large scale infrastructure procurements, major project documents, construction contracts and services agreements, in addition to acting on various other project-related work.
While in London, Maniqa advised on the Emergency Measures Agreement and the Emergency Recovery Measures Agreements in UK rail franchising, and also worked on various projects in the renewables sector.
Maniqa is qualified in Australia (High Court and Australian Capital Territory).
