Louise is a senior associate in the corporate practice in London, specialising in advising corporate clients and investment banks on a wide range of equity capital markets, listed company and M&A transactions.
Louise joined Ashurst in September 2015 and since then has spent time on secondment to Ashurst's Hong Kong and Sydney offices.
Louise has also spent time on secondment to the ECM/Public M&A Team at RBC Capital Markets and the Investment Banking Legal Team at Jefferies.
