Lindsey Bouchara is a partner in Ashurst's Projects and Energy Transition team. Lindsey specialises in Project Finance and has worked on a number of project finance renewables and energy transactions in relation to wind farms, solar parks, biomass plants and energy from waste facilities, advising both lenders and sponsors on complex financing structures including portfolio acquisitions and financings.
