Lee Doyle

Lee headed up the UK Corporate Bank and Global Restructuring Group legal teams at The Royal Bank of Scotland before coming to Ashurst. His experiences have led to a unique insight into the challenges faced by financial institutions in these unparalleled times.

Lee has been specialising in Speciality Finance, Funds Finance and general Corporate Lending for over 20 years. He has acted on over £40bn worth of funds financing having acted for all the major lenders across Europe and Asia including Bank side instructions for the highly successful EQT funds. Lee is also at the forefront of the rapidly growing Speciality Finance sector supporting a number of debut debt raisings and securitisations including some innovative forward flow structures.
