Laura Carter is a senior associate in our antitrust, regulatory and trade practice
Laura practises all areas of UK and EU competition law, including cartels, abuse of dominance, merger control, competition director disqualification, competition compliance and regulatory matters.
Laura has experience of dealing with the European Commission, UK Competition and Markets Authority and UK sectoral regulators, as well as litigation in the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal and High Court.
Laura regularly advises on matters in the financial services, pharmaceuticals and energy sectors.
