Ashurst advises Volac on the sale of its Milk Replacer Business

    Global law firm Ashurst has advised Volac International Limited, a world leader in dairy nutrition, on the sale of its milk replacer business to Denkavit.

    Denkavit is active in the production and supply of milk replacer for farm animals. Volac is a family-owned dairy nutrition business based in the UK. Completion of the acquisition sees Denkavit becoming the sole owner of Volac Milk Replacers Limited, Volac Milk Replacers Ireland Limited and Volac Socoor Srl, based in Italy.

    The Ashurst cross border team was led by corporate partner James Fletcher. He was supported by Hayley Gow, Aimee Carroll-Hewitt, Matthew O'Regan and Cindy Jiang. Nigel Ward and Greg Scott supported with finance advice with Ruth Buchanan and Katharine Foster assisting on employment matters.
