Kellie Hairsine is a counsel in our real estate practice
Kellie has a particular focus on the infrastructure and resources sectors in relation to project developments, tenure and property. She has played a key role involved in resolving and acquiring tenure for a number of large projects and has a particular interest in the strategic issues associated in dealing with State land.
Kellie also has experience in commercial related resource matters, assisting both public and private companies. She regularly provides advice relating to the negotiation and drafting of various commercial development agreements. She also advises on various general property issues.
Kellie has developed her experience in project management through both client secondments and by her investment in several long running projects.
