Karen practises in the areas of infrastructure projects and commercial contracts, with particular expertise in Australia's port, transport and logistics sector. Her experience in the sector includes advising government, statutory corporations and private entities on project, operational and transactional matters.
Her experience encompasses legal risk management, port and rail infrastructure delivery models, and all aspects of port access, operations and management. She also advises on the drafting and structuring of transaction documentation, and complex leasing and licensing arrangements
