Josephine has advised both local and international clients in relation to licencing issues, Australian Consumer Law, copyright enforcement, trade mark portfolio management, regulatory compliance, trade promotions, passing off, privacy regulations and data protection. Josephine also advises on commercial aspects of corporate transactions and strategic advice regarding the sale, commercialisation and licensing of international property.
