Jonathan is a partner in our UK corporate practice focusing upon Tech M&A acquisitions, disposals and fundraisings. Jonathan has over 10 years of experience across the Tech M&A space, private M&A, fundraisings, private equity, commercial contracts, restructurings, and general corporate and commercial matters, advising a wide range of clients on both UK and multi-jurisdictional matters.
Jonathan has a particular focus in the Tech M&A space, including advising high growth digital and technology focused businesses and investors seeking to participate in such businesses including across the digital banking, fintech, digital healthcare, life sciences, renewables, ed-tech, and software sectors.
Additionally, Jonathan also has extensive experience working on private equity focused transactions on both the acquisition and equity side including auction sales, acquisitions, management incentive plans and day-to-day portfolio company queries.
