Joaquín specialises on advising funds, financial entities and companies in a wide range of real estate issues, such as sale and purchase agreements, forward sale and purchase agreements, sale of mortgage secured portfolios and REOs (distressed assets), real estate financing on finished assets, as well as financing linked with development situations, corporate lease agreements (including offices, hotel and logistic warehouses), commercialisation agreements, and construction and project management agreements.
Joaquín has also participated in restructuring deals and litigation, and insolvency proceedings linked with real estate assets.
