Joanne advises clients in all aspects of employment law, industrial and workplace relations and work health and safety issues. Joanne also undertakes workplace investigations for clients.
Joanne advises Commonwealth Departments and Agencies on employment related issues including unfair dismissal and general protections matters in the Fair Work Commission, employee conduct issues, discrimination and employee disputes. Joanne regularly appears for clients in courts and tribunals, including in the Fair Work Commission and the Federal Court and Federal Circuit Court.
Joanne also advises public and private sector clients in relation to industrial matters, including enterprise bargaining, industrial disputes, drafting industrial instruments and assisting clients to manage workplace change.
Joanne regularly provides training to clients on employment law topics and workplace issues.
