Jason Salman

Jason specialises in restructuring, insolvency and special situations. Jason has significant international experience gained from being based in London for over a decade and has acted on numerous high-profile and complex financial restructuring matters in Europe and Australia. 

His practice involves acting for creditors and other interested parties throughout the capital structure on protecting their interests; advising on distressed mergers and acquisitions; advising on secondary debt trading; advising companies and their boards in relation to the restructuring of financially distressed companies; and acting for insolvency practitioners on all formal insolvency matters.
