Jason Radford is the division head of our corporate practice
Jason is the global head of our corporate division, which incorporates our corporate transactions and competition and antitrust capabilities as well as our digital economy transactions practice.
Jason has been involved for thirty years in many aspects of energy and infrastructure transactions including joint ventures, M&A deals, fund raisings, project finance and PPP transactions. He has worked across numerous jurisdictions including the UK, US, Europe and Asia. Jason's market reputation is reflected in him being one of a very few number of lawyers to have been ranked in both the Chambers UK and Chambers US legal directories.
Jason has helped major industry participants develop and finance projects, and has advised those participants (including financial sponsors) on the acquisition and disposal of equity stakes and the formulation of wider capital strategies. This enables him to provide clients with a rounded perspective of the industry through his understanding of the key drivers for buyers, sellers, developers and financiers.
Jason is a member of the Executive Team and was previously a member of the Ashurst Board.

- Advising Global Infrastructure Partners on the CCS Joint Venture with ENI
- Advising FCC on the acquisition of Cumbria Waste Group
- Advising iCON Infrastructure on the acquisition of Meinhardt Group
- Advising CK Infrastructure Holdings on the acquisition of the UK Renewables Portfolio of Aviva Investors
- Advising a bidder on the proposed acquisition of Grain LNG
