Dr. Jasmin Gütle is a partner in our investment funds practice
Jasmin is a partner in our global investment funds group in Munich and focuses on investment services and investment funds. She advises institutional investors such as insurance companies, pension funds, corporates, family offices, etc. on investments in international fund structures, including in the areas of private equity, infrastructure, real estate, debt, etc.
In addition, she advises on the structuring and establishment of investment funds and bundling vehicles, including the ongoing advice on the aforementioned structures.
Prior to joining Ashurst, she worked for another leading international law firm in this area for more than 13 years.
