James Riseam

James is a counsel in our Global Loans practice in London. He advises banks, funds and corporate clients on a range of international and domestic finance transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged finance transactions, corporate lending transactions and cross-border restructurings.

James also has extensive experience working with banks and credit funds in club deals, syndicated transactions, unitranche, as well as super senior structures.
