Jacqui Young

Jacqui specialises in employment, industrial relations and discrimination law.

Jacqui has experience in advising employers in relation to compliance with workplace legislation, employment contracts and policies, restructuring and redundancies, industrial relations issues and strategy, managing ill and injured employees, workplace investigations, the disciplinary process, performance management and terminations. She also has extensive experience in assisting employers in responding to adverse action, unfair dismissal and bullying claims, and in acting in employment and industrial relations proceedings in the Fair Work Commission and the Federal Court.
