Jacques is a New York qualified partner and represents issuers, sponsors and underwriters on complex corporate financings with a focus on high yield bonds, practicing in European leveraged finance and debt capital markets. He also advises clients with respect to restructurings, debt tender/consent solicitations, and private placements in multiple jurisdictions across the EMEA region, with a particular focus on the UK, Spain and Italy. His clients include investment banks, corporates and private equity firms.
Prior to joining Ashurst Jacques was a partner at US headquartered firms in London and New York.
