Ilka Breuer is a counsel in the area of finance and member of our regulatory and investment fund practice
Ilka advises investment funds and asset managers on regulatory issues including eligibility for institutional investors (Solvency II, Solvency I). One focus area of her practice lies in the launch and structuring of investment possibilities for institutional investors. She also advises on issues regarding ESG Investing and AML.
Before joining Ashurst in 2020, she worked at another global law firm for multiple years and for the German Investment Funds Association (BVI).
