Holly Dwyer is a senior associate in our real estate practice
Holly has worked on high-value real estate investment transactions for range of UK and international investors including regulated pension funds, joint ventures and REITs. She also has experience acting for large institutional investment companies and developers in the full investment life cycle, from acquisition, through finance, development, letting, management and ultimate disposal of an asset. She also has experience providing real estate advice to funders, investors and developers in relation to the financing, acquisition and disposal of energy projects.
Holly has vast experience client-side and has completed three client secondments with a Savills IM, Oxford Properties and ICG (Intermediate Capital Group PLC).
