Harriet Gray is a senior associate in our projects practice
Harriet specialises in financing and development of infrastructure, transport and energy projects, with experience advising government authorities, sponsors and lenders (including ECAs) on projects in the UK and South East Asia.
Particular experience includes working on the structuring of high speed rail PPPs; the project financing of social infrastructure and utilities projects; and transactions in the upstream oil and gas sector featuring reserve-based lending, project development and the restructuring of the indebtedness of a large oil and gas company.
Harriet was until recently seconded to Japan Bank for International Cooperation in Tokyo, Japan, where she assisted with the financing and structuring of social infrastructure projects. Previously she has completed secondments to Lendlease and EnQuest.
Harriet is qualified in England & Wales.
