Gabriele Accardo is a counsel in our competition and EU law practice
Gabriele specialises in competition law and other complex areas of law including corporate and technological innovation issues.
He has extensive experience in EU, Italian and international antitrust merger control, cartel enforcement, vertical restraints, dominance as well as unfair commercial practices. He regularly represents clients in investigations before the Italian Competition Authority, the European Commission and related litigation proceedings before EU and Italian Courts. Gabriele has assisted clients in a wide range of sectors, including food & beverage, FMCG, aviation, oil & gas, telecommunication/media, life sciences, medical devices, consumer electronics, paper, tobacco, financial services, heavy machinery, ports/logistic services.
His practice includes advising on management and transfer of innovative technologies and solutions, data privacy and regulatory law.
Gabriele is Research Fellow at the Transatlantic Technology Law Forum of Stanford Law School.
Gabriele is an Italian qualified Avvocato, admitted before the Higher Courts since 2016.
