Gabriele Accardo is a partner in our antitrust, regulatory and trade practice

Gabriele brings more than 20 years of international experience, including 12 years in Brussels in competition and EU law. He has extensive experience in EU, Italian and international antitrust merger control, FDI clearances, cartel enforcement, vertical restraints, dominance as well as unfair commercial practices, and related appeals and litigation, in a range of industries. He also advise clients on EU and regulatory law issues, including on data and sustainability issues intersecting competition and consumer law.

Gabriele is Research Fellow at the Transatlantic Technology Law Forum of Stanford Law School, and a contributor to its bi-monthly newsletter.

Gabriele is an Italian qualified Avvocato, admitted before the Higher Courts since 2016.
