Friederike Nolde

Friederike has broad experience in advising clients in civil disputes, in particular in connection with restructuring matters, both out-of-court and before the German courts and arbitral tribunals. Friederike has also experience in advising distressed companies on restructuring projects and the preparation of orderly insolvency proceedings and advising insolvency administrators and insolvent companies on structuring and conducting insolvency proceedings. Furthermore, Friederike has extensive experience in advising clients in risk monitoring and risk management, in particular directors' liability and conducting internal compliance investigations.

Prior to joining Ashurst, Friederike worked for two years as an Inhouse-Counsel in the compliance department of an international publicly traded company.
