Evan practices primarily in the area of cross border investments, fund financing, capital markets transactions and structured products.
Before joining Ashurst, Evan was an associate with an international law firm where he had significant experience in assisting financial institutions with tax analysis of complex financing transactions and equity and non-equity derivatives. Evan also has accounting firm experience in international tax law and compliance.
Evan received his JD from Fordham University School of Law.
Evan is admitted to the New York State Bar.
