Emily McCracken

Emily's core practice within our digital economy team includes digital infrastructure projects and intellectual property matters, primarily within the telecommunications, technology and infrastructure sectors.

In particular, Emily has experience advising clients in respect of complex corporate and standalone intellectual property transactions, including the acquisition, disposal and licensing of intellectual property rights, brand strategy/protection, collaboration agreements and general commercial contracting arrangements.

Emily has also advised on large scale digital infrastructure projects for operators, including asset purchases, mobile network infrastructure builds and multinational subsea cable and terrestrial fibre rollouts.

Emily has previously held the Head of Legal position at an early-stage, consumer-facing, legal technology start-up, providing first-hand experience of start-up needs and challenges.
