Emilie Maddox is a counsel in our employment practice
Emilie advises on all aspects of industrial relations, employment, discrimination law and occupational health and safety including contractual arrangements, superannuation, industrial instruments, employment policies, industrial action, termination of employment including unfair dismissal, adverse action and discrimination.
Emilie also advises in relation to restructuring and redundancies, application of instruments and transmission of business. She assists clients across a broad range of industries.
Emilie regularly advises on individual employment issues including in relation to executives including in the context of corporate restructuring. Emilie also advises in relation to global mobility and related issues. Emilie regularly presents client training regarding sexual harassment, bullying and discrimination law, executive employment contracts and workplace investigations.
Emilie is a member of our Workplace Training Practice and has experience in training clients including on topics such as effective workplace investigations, managing ill and injured workers and appropriate workplace behaviours.
