Elke advises on all areas of indirect tax including GST, stamp duty, land tax, payroll tax and other State based taxes. Elke's practice includes advising on a broad range of GST and stamp duty issues in respect of business and share sale agreements, takeovers and corporate reconstructions, insolvency and restructuring, foreign investment and transactions involving real estate and build-to-rent developments.
Elke is a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, the Deputy Chair of the Property Council of Australia's NSW Tax and Economic Trends Committee and an active committee member of the Indirect Tax Committee. Elke has also been recognised as a Tax Rising Star in numerous legal directories such as Doyle's Guide, IFLR and Euromoney's Expert Guide.
