Denis Waelbroeck is a partner in our competition practice
Denis has specialised for more than 35 years in competition, state aid, trade and regulatory law, and legal aspects of the internal market.
He has handled a great number of complex procedures in competition law at EU and national level for a wide range of corporate and institutional clients. Denis has a major litigation practice both before the EU Courts (having acted in over 500 cases before the European Court of Justice) as well as before national courts of several European Member States and before arbitrations courts.
