David supports some of the world's leading businesses deliver complex technology-related transactions so that they can transform and grow their business. He specialises in digital transformations, particularly within the fields of Fintech and payments, having led deals for many of the major participants across the financial services value chains – including banks, processors, card schemes, tech vendors and merchants/retailers.
David also advises regularly on a wide range of IT procurement, outsourcing and service contracts, data protection and privacy regulation, and intellectual property law.
David is ranked in Chambers UK and Legal 500 for both IT and Fintech law, with distinctive recognition for his expertise advising on pioneering IT services and for providing "exceptional advice and service".
