Danica is admitted in England & Wales and Ireland, and advises on a wide range of EU and UK competition law matters, including merger control, antitrust, and competition law compliance, as well as public procurement and consumer protection law. Danica has experience advising clients across numerous sectors and in the context of investigations / market reviews by various competition law regulators including the CMA, the FCA, the PSR, Ofgem and the European Commission.
