Claire has experience providing advice to clients on infrastructure projects, including PPP transactions. Claire has particular expertise in the project documentation involved in managing third party interfaces arising in such projects.
Claire's recent experience includes Sydney Metro City & Southwest Project, Sydney Light Rail PPP and Moorebank Intermodal Terminal.
Claire also has expertise in the areas of resources, land access and environmental law, and has extensive experience providing advice on resources projects in Western Australia and New South Wales.
