Chris specialises in commercial and corporate real estate, with a particular focus on the inward investment of foreign capital into European real estate.
Chris has extensive experience of advising on all aspects of corporate real estate driven transactions, including real estate joint ventures and the acquisition and disposal of real estate holding companies and platforms.
Chris has worked on a significant number of market-leading real estate investment transactions in both the UK and continental Europe. Chris' clients include global real estate investors, private equity firms and pension funds, where he has previously been seconded.
