Chiara has significant experience in advising leading local and international financial institutions and commercial entities in a wide range of complex proceedings, both before Italian courts and international arbitration tribunals.
Chiara advised major clients on many high-profile banking and financial disputes, including mis-selling claims, interim proceedings relating to the stay of payments of international first demand bank guarantees, insolvency disputes (claw back claims and damages compensation claims brought by insolvent companies), and also provided a first line co-operation with criminal counsels in relation to white-collar crimes investigations. She also specialises in corporate disputes, including liability actions and damages compensation claims against dismissed directors and auditors, commercial disputes relating to contractual liability, and international arbitration proceedings in the energy sector.
Chiara graduated in law from the University of Milan and was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2006.
