Cheryl Ang

Cheryl’s main practice covers mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and investments. She also regularly advises on general corporate and commercial matters such as corporate governance, setting up business in Singapore as well as licensing and service arrangements. Her corporate advisory experience includes advising listed companies on their continuing listing obligations in Singapore.

She acts for multinational corporations, private/public-listed companies, and private equity funds on domestic and cross-border transactions across various industries, with a focus on technology, manufacturing, and finance. She also works with local and foreign start-up companies and venture capital investors on early stage financing.

In addition, Cheryl has experience in funds and investment management, having advised investment managers, banks and other financial institutions on investment management licensing, marketing, employment, anti-money laundering and outsourcing.
