<p><span style="display: inline !important;">Cameron is a risk advisory partner advising clients on major transactions, financial, commercial and performance frameworks, contract compliance and performance frameworks and reviews, contract governance and value management, portfolio program and project management, and risk management. He has deep knowledge and experience across multiple sectors, including Government, Defence, national security, health, transport, energy, water, telecommunications, oil &amp; gas, and mining.</span></p><p>Cameron's specialisation is to design highly effective commercial and performance management frameworks of contracting arrangements which allows for the management of shared risks in an integrated and collaborative manner. <br /><br />Leveraging his experience in governance, risk and controls built over the last 20 years, Cameron works with clients to optimise the design and performance of systems, practices and controls to allow for greater clarity and understanding of the current risk profile and performance of projects across the portfolio program and project levels.</p>
