Cale Woods is a senior associate in our digital economy transactions practice
Cale is a corporate and commercial lawyer who specialises in advising the public sector. Cale regularly assists the government on the design and implementation of procurement and commercial contracting arrangements, corporate governance and structuring matters and probity and financial accountability issues.
Cale has worked across a range of major Commonwealth projects and programs, including projects and programs in the ICT, defence and social policy spaces. This includes advising on all aspects of procurement process, including providing strategic advice, developing commercially effective and defensible acquisition strategies, implementing probity protocols and procedures, preparing tender documentation, drafting and negotiating contracts and assisting with contract administration issues.
